It is said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single baby step. For me, the baby step commenced slightly later, but again it is better than "sooner than never ". As they say, if you love someone or something at heart, the world will conspire and provide you with an opportunity to fulfill your wish. Started my journey as an engineer and HR manager and there was a break in my career in between. Being a patient soul I needed a balance to act on something and keep going. I picked up my long lost childhood hobby. That brush I had not touched for ages but always had in me. That is how SOULHUES was born. SOULHUES is an Enlightenment of Heritage, History, Culture and Soul Through ART. If you ever miss your creativity that you are not in touch with, and you see a small slot to do it, All you have to do is be ready and pick that opportunity with both hands. As I started again and the bug inside me wanted to explore the new forms of art. I started to learn. I learnt by making mistakes, correcting them, messing it all up, redoing it, and Do i love this process of creating a piece by putting all my heart into it! I have been into Oil Painting, Watercolour Painting, Acrylic Painting and Embroidery for the last 20 years. Now I have dived into the amazing world of Resin, Russian sculpting, Texture art, Crocheting, Alcohol Ink Art and Crafting. There is no looking back once you have decided to take a plunge in this wonderful and colourful world of art and paint. Days, weeks , months and years pass by as if it was just yesterday when I picked the brush and yet you feel there so much that you have to paint and learn and repaint and teach and aspire others to take this wonderful passion which is the way of life for me now. This whole Gallery is dedicated to my Mother "Neelam". Who had a soul full of vibrance and colour. To keep her laughter and joyfulness alive in our lives in forms of these Arts.
